The level of service and customer care provided was excellant. I had originally planned on taking my car to the dealer for repair (smashed sunroof) but after talking with John I felt confident having Juanita Collision perform the repair. The timing of the accident was such that I was going to be out of town for a week and John assured me that the car would remain in a secure location and under cover until the repair and my return. He also arranged for Enterprise to pick me up immediately from your location rather than my having to wait for the scheduled pickup 2 hours later. Clean, professional office and waiting area. Estimator friendly, confident. Work done on time. Paint was touched up on several scratched areas that were not part of the repair, a very nice, unexpected extra. The gentleman who painted the car saw me looking at it and he came over and pointed out what he had done even though he was off the clock. Car was vacuumed and washed.
