What does it mean to be Acoat selected?
Acoat selected is an international association of collision repair shops. Members have their own Business Development Manager to help them identify and successfully meet guidelines and goals that enhance production efficiency and customer service. Membership criteria are very strict. High standards must be met in the areas of operations, finance, personnel and customer service. Acoat selected Partners must successfully complete a rigid development cycle in order to attain the coveted Partner status.

Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI)
Acoat selected shops are required to complete ongoing Customer Satisfaction Indexing. To ensure unbiased results, CSI must be completed by a third party. The CSI company polls shop customers to detect areas of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the repairs, the shop, and the insurance company. The indexing focuses on the areas of quality, service, and whether or not the customer would refer their friends and family.

What this means for you is accurate computerized estimating, computerized paint machine, a lifetime warranty, I-CAR and ASE certified staff and the latest technology in collision repair.
